Welcome everyone - Steve Jones: New members: 11 signed up at the ABSS. Visiting: Perry & Patty Culp, Pat & Ann Jones, Troy & Connie Walters and returning Jim Golly. Jim Trimble checking us out. Mark & Kari Lidbeck (Colbert), Tracy & Scott Jordan (Canada) and Ray Matis (Post Falls) not present.

TRESURER’S Report – Cathy Jones: Oral report to members. Printed statement to the board.
STANDING COMMITEE Reports: * Activities-Sharon Marier & Denny Jones: 3
rd annual Dinner, Auction, Bingo event 3-19. 43 attended. Denny & Cliff called Bingo. Raised $715.50 for our charities. Denny thanked all who attended and Cathy Jones for Treasury efforts (& Steve). Plan on 4th annual event next year.Upcoming Activities-Denny Jones: * IMAX theater event canceled. Summer theater night at the Garland will be planned and announced later. * Shakedown Cruise: 5-14. Same as last year, little change in route. Dinner and Pawn shop. Meet 9am / depart 9:30 Brown’s addition Rosauers. (FYI same day/route as Motorcycle Awareness Run). * Shock event-Sharon Marier: 4-30. $14 person (if you sign up you are committed to payment if you can’t go because tickets are purchased in advance). 6:30pm. Sharon will have tickets at the door that evening. * Auto Boat Speed Show-Mel & Jana Craven: Applause for club, won 7 awards & $100. Best display from INCCC & ISCA won/split with Dukes. Gary Kendall second place, Gary Gunning first place, Donna first place restored conv. (3 first, 2 second + best display + $100 / Carousel of Ponies). Thanked everybody for helping. Awards passed. Mel and Jana thanked for taking charge of event. Hot Chocolate Run to O’Doherty’s-Steve Jones: St. Paddy’s Day(Green Beer?) Had fun + good food & good conversation. * Silvers Auction report-Donna Weimorts: First auction Wed. 5-11. Sign-up sheet passed. Two lines, need lots of drivers. 5:30 to 9. Airway Heights Auction event explained to new members. Volunteer, to drive or for crowd control and raise money for the club’s charities. Food provided.
Health and Welfare-Jana Craven & Sharon Jones: Ray Smith lost his sister. Sharon Marier had knee surgery, thanked club for Fiesta ware. Contact Sharon or Jana if anything to report. Tracy Morris Welcomed back, had back injury last Dec. from a car accident.

th, 7pm. On Trent behind Union Gospel Mission (Monday’s are 40% off). Just show up.New Mustangs: none reported.

* Guild School Penny Drive-Jana Craven: Sat 4-30. Corner of Monroe & NW Blvd. Parking TBA. 8:00 to 2pm. Using bucket on a pole for safety.
* Hot Wheels in Millwood Car Show-Jim Fox: Annual, 11
th year. Still on grass in the park. Streamlining, not so structured. Venders and fun in the park. 1st meeting 4-27, Wed. in the park, 6pm potluck / club will do BBQ hot dogs and buns. Camero club lined up, food vender. Donna ice cream.* 32nd International Mustang Meet- Barry Barton, Jim Fox & Gary Wheeldon: Barry - Explanation to new members. Event with USA & Canada, 32
nd year. Hosting at NQ Casino.5 day event, arrivals Thurs. Labor Day weekend. Fri. registration, Welcoming. (300 to 400) Sat. car show, BBQ, race track/Nascar. Sunday, race track reserved for event, auto X, drag racing, poker run, cruises, shopping. Sunday award banquet NQ. Comm. meets once a month; Timber Creek Grill, 4-13th, 6pm. Introduced Jim & Gary. Canadian member already impressed. Web Site has section devoted to International & print outs. Vicki West finished shirt & poster logo and thanked. Comm. met in Great Falls, Jim gave update. Thanked Barry for driving. Reps from each club meet twice a year, in state or country of show. Additional car fee will be raised from $5 to $10. Barry gave presentation to reps, well received. Pre-reg winners announced. Pre-reg stats given. Committee thanked.NEW BUSINESS:
Club Apparel and Merchandise-Ken West: Black knit polo shirts being sold (for Int. banquet). We have club mugs & denim shirts, hats etc.
Club Library-Carl Sontowski: In suitcase…to check out.
Historian-Gary and Marsha Kendall: Books up to date. Still need pictures.
Website-Barry Barton & Beth Barton: March newsletter will have 2 Stang of the Month due to April mix-up. Calendar updated. Send info to Barry.
Hot Chocolate Run-Denny Jones:
First Ice Cream Run! 4-19. Ferguson’s on Garland. 6:30pm. Not fast food. May buy green Coke glasses. Parking across street (Post & Garland) at the Discovery shop.INCCC Update-Jana Craven: Explanation to new. All local car club reps meet. Jana & Mel our club reps. Lighthouse event 6-11 for the blind, info to follow. Check INCCC calendar of events; everything is listed / Club invitation 7-16. Downtown car show 7-21…Motion for $15 for trophy/second. $10 donation for next year’s scholarship fund (10 available this year). Kid’s car club spaghetti feed, Jana has info. Parks dept. wants to know how much club has donated to charities.
HA Award Nominations and Trophy: Explanation to new.
Trophy goes to Donna Weimorts. Asking for her key at ABSS-“the one with the Mustang on it”. Then took the wrong one. In addition to her Bingo injury, bruised finger from playing extra cards. Donna’s ABSS poster-“it has cool cup holders”.Last call to purchase Door Prize and 50/50 Tickets, and get signed in?
