Well, here we are going into May and as I write this I see we are back to the old mixed rain and snow coming down. We did have great weather on Saturday. Did a lot of yard work and then took the car for a little drive. It was great, can’t wait to do more of the same.

This is the month that really kicks-off the car activities. I know a lot of members like to go to the Wallace Depot Days Car Show, it happens on May 7th.  We then have the DAA Auction on the 11th. I hope many of you signed up to help, this is a money maker for the club.

The May event I always look forward to is the Shakedown Cruise on the 14th. It is always fun to see about 30 Mustangs going down the road and people waving. I think they are glad to see us because they know nice weather is finally here. (ha,ha). Denny always does a great job with games at the Long Lake park and he is going to make sure it’s not raining up North this year. Right?

On May 21st the Lilac Parade Car Show happens, it’s always a fun day and usually nice weather. Cliff will let us know at the May meeting about the details.
